Problem Statement

Customer needs a realtime device management platform that enables them to track the machine activities on a timely basis.

Solution

With Mitsubishi Q Series and MES Interface module, together with Cognex Barcode Reader, it is updated with all machine status, order the recipe and quantity of their products real-time from SQL server to the machines etc.

Customer’s Feedback

Our MES system, can increase productivity around 22% due to reducing the time of production order from top management to each operating units, also can reduce waiting time to maintenance 4 times (120 minutes to 30 minutes).

The customer also get the production information in real-time.
